Austriya Printing (Pvt) Ltd founded in 1998 by Mr. Sivapalarathina Sivajeevan. Since then, our business has been recognized for various achievements and awards. Being in the field of photography and digital printing, we have been successfully conquering the market for the past 25 years by providing innovative and cost-effective services by identifying the specific needs of our customers. Austriya Printing Pvt Ltd has so far managed to expand to Mannar, Kilinochchi, Jaffna and New Jersey in United States of America.

2. How does your business differ from other competing businesses?

The main thing we believe in is the quality that photo printing should have. That's why we use the highest quality raw materials and modern digital technology for all the orders we receive. Also, strong infrastructure, modern technologies, research and development facilities, reasonable prices, timely delivery of goods are our specialties.

3. What challenges have you faced in this journey and are you facing any recently?

Austriya Printing has been a pioneer in introducing modern technologies and new products in the field of digital printing ever since. But in the beginning, we faced the challenge of not having enough machinery in Sri Lanka to provide those services as per our wish.

So, we took a risk and decided to import the machines we needed from abroad. Also, it was a bigger challenge to prepare the appropriate environment for these machines in Vavuniya as it needed air conditioning a large space.

4. Let's talk about your future business dream, shall we?

Our biggest business dream is to become the world's most recognized and trusted print and marketing solutions provider and to build our business by challenging the traditional norms of print and marketing media. And to be the trusted printing partner for our customers by providing them with innovative ideas and creative solutions.

5. How was the support received from Commercial Bank during your journey?

Commercial Bank helped us financially to realize our long-time dream of establishing a high-class printing service in Vavuniya. Commercial Bank has supported us with many other services including TT payments to suppliers in India and other countries.

6. What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

Running our own business is not an easy task. But if you're willing to put in the time and effort to build something you dream about, you can create your own career.
