Your life coach is an objective, positive mentor who supports you to overcome these blocks/setbacks. They shed light on your past from a completely new angle which you might have missed. Life coaches provide a structure of support- they help you set realistic goals and develop new skills so that you feel naturally motivated to achieve these goals.
